Excellent!I went with jeiski tours on the safari to queen Elisabeth park and gorilla trekking in Bwindi, Uganda! They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best experience. Our guide Tony navigated us through what we thought were impossible roads to cross, always with a smile on his face. To say this tour was great, is an understatement. It was perfect. I'd been travelling from South Africa up to Kenya with a different tour, to the end my trip with Jeisking Tours in Uganda and it couldn't have been a better end to the trip.Sandra, was highly organised, professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire booking process and right up to the end of the tour. The Chimpanzees were also incredible but being a matter of meters away from gorilla's, that takes some topping.The accommodation was incredible. I paid for budget accommodation and honestly it was incredible every night. Comfortable and stunning locations at each one. The food was also amazing.Uganda, one of the most beautiful countries I've ever been lucky enough to travel too. It is so underrated and everyone should be travelling there. The locals were super friendly and so happy to see foreigners in there home.Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.Cannot recommend this tour enough. Sandra (Jeiskings Tours) assisted me in purchasing gorilla tracking permits for our group of 3 tracking in August 2024. She provided alternative payment options (bank transfer or credit card link), and was very clear and transparent in her communication. I mistakenly wired the wrong amount and she promptly sent back the amount that was in excess. Consider choosing Sandra’s company for your travels in Uganda to support a local agency and one run by a young and kind woman. Her company is a licensed tour company, duly registered on the Uganda Tourism Board website. Thank you very much Sandra, all the best and until we meet again.

Wow! What an extraordinary experience we had with Gorilla Uganda Safari Bookings. At time of booking, Sandra made it , made it possible by coordinating all arrangements, the quick response at all emails was impressive. Our driver guide Philip was more than a companion and an overall ROCKSTAR).Everything was excellent, we enjoyed good accommodation lodges and meals plus free airport transfer. Every bit of our Uganda safari full of lifetime memories. Thanks team for your quality services, we highly recommend using this company if you’re planning to explore Uganda.This company assisted us to get a COVID test on our way so we would have the results for our second destination. On the way to/from Bwindi, we enjoyed several stops for food/restroom breaks and everywhere we was clean, friendly and had a lot of really cool local items to purchase. Finally, the main event, the Gorilla tracking: this was absolutely one of the most incredible things we have ever done. It should be noted that I am not at all an outdoorsy/adventure loving type of person so I was a little hesitant about this part of the honeymoon when my husband proposed the idea. Knowing my concerns about this, our guide Philip, who has done this before, was able to ensure we were part of a group that would fit my comfort and fitness level. And it was just really freaking cool. Overall, everything was better than expected, we had the best time and 10/10 recommend using Gorilla Uganda Safari Bookings (and if possible, book your tour with Philip !).
